Nerve injury: Yes, Your Oral surgeon may try an antibiotic regimen coupled with a NSAID like para acetophenamen (tylenol). If the nerve was only bruised this often works. If there was an actual serving, a neurologist needs to be consulted. There is a possibility that "Botox" has a side effect to stimulate nerve growth.
