Sounds like: some sort of nerve effect, which may or may not be related to your surgery. Re-consult with your oral surgeon.

Nerves injured?: The proximity to the main trunk nerve and your horizontally impacted 3rd molars, make it possible that these nerves suffered some minor damage during the removal of your lower wisdom teeth.
