Still blocked?: Is it still blocked? Does it hurt? You could consider going to an urgent care clinic if you have pain.

That depends..: If you have cerumen build up (Wax), that may cause these issues, and the pressure gradient of the water against the wax causes the issues to accentuate. Inner ear congestion can act the same way. Try a decongestant or ear wax removal drop if that is the issue. See the Dr. if not better, and you would most likely benefit from ear plugs use in the future when swimming.
