Pain in chest : Constipation, bloating and gas can cause some referred pressure in the chest because of the pressure under the diaphragm. The gas stays in the abdomen and cannot get into the chest

No : Not unless there is an abnormal connection between the abdominal and chest cavity but frequently when you have gas in the upper abdominal tract it may radiate discomfort into the chest. Also gas in the esophagus can be very painful as well.
