Also be checked for: Depersonalization as to two often co-occur. It is a difficult feeling for most people to put into words, but most feel like their head is in a cloud or have out of body experiences. There is a feeling that the observing part of yourself is separated from the acting part of yourself and you cannot get the two back together. It also feels like a constant existential crisis. You don't 'get' life.
