What do you suggest if my child had a high fever for 3 days then after fever left she got a rash all over what could it be?

Roseola: This sounds like a classic description of roseola. It is a viral childhood disease that usually peaks in incidence in the summer months, but can happen any time of year. Pretty much it's as you describe. A few days of fever, then fever breaks and rash appears. Rash resolves within a week. Once rash appears, child no longer contagious. Usually kids get it before age 3.
