Egg & nutrition: Eggs are a great source of protein, B- vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin A and folate (folic acid). Fish, nuts, corn, lentils, cheeses and leafy green vegetables contain similar nutrients and can be incorporated into the diet instead.
