See Dr. ASAP: Time to see your doctor now while you are symptomatic, and be worked up for all possible causes of swollen lymph nodes and a sore throat. Also monitor your own stress level: get enough rest, hydrate well, and eat as simple, and bland diet as possible. You may have something as simple as just a viral sore throat or something more complex going on.This has to be managed in person to do a HEENT exam.
