Swollen tongue: Sounds like an allergy of some sort. Prob food ? Has it happened before. ? Any trouble breathing or swallowing. Could become a med emergency. Consider trip to hospital. I think food sensitivity testing makes some sense. Immunolabs does a good one. Help you figure out what foods don't agree with you.
