What do you suggest if my ears hurt pretty bad.. i'm not really sure what's wrong but they hurt from the inside.. maybe its from air conditioner?

Ibuprofen and see Dr: Many things can cause ear pain including inner ear infections, infections to the ear canal, and foreign object to name a few. While you can take some ibuprofen and see if that makes things more comfortable for you I suggest that you have a medical professional exam your ears as each of these conditions is treated in a different manner.
