Sounds like: you are opening and closing your eustacian tubes the tubes which connect and equalize pressure on either side of your ear drum! Try some (short term) nasal spray to open that tube. If this does not work see an ENT (Ear Nose& Throat) Specialist! Hope this helps! Dr Z

Right ear sensitive to loud noises (loud talking, spoon/fork scraping against bowl, etc.) The loud noises makes my ears vibrate inside and synchronizes with the noises. Visited ENT and he could not find anything wrong with my ear. Help?
