Possible: Occurrence of incisional hernias are unpredictable in any surgery, can occur first section or after several, even with uneventful post op course, predictable factors, are obesity, post op distension, infection, diabetes, on medications like steroids, PO respiratory problems and some technical problems in closure etc.
