Common: There is a network of lymph nodes in the head and neck region. When you have a cold or upper respiratory infection or strep, sometimes they become more prominent. They go back to normal in time. Just keep an eye on it. If it rapidly enlarges, becomes red, hot, tender, get it checked out.
