That's An Eary Story: If they are of the in-ear kind, then you may have an infection in the ear canal (called "otitis externa") and you'll need some ear drops and, if severe enough, maybe some pills as well. If they are of the on-ear kind then you may have an infection of the outer ear, and that can get serious. In either case get your ears examined to make sure.
