OCPs & lexapro (escitalopram) are : Both so commonly prescribed, that, I assure you, there are vast numbers of women on the same "combo". Do you have a more specific question? There is no formal interaction between these meds. Always tell each of your prescribers all of the meds you are currently taking. If you have any qs abt taking loestrin24 fe (oral contraception) or taking this w lexapro, (escitalopram) an SSRI, call ur prescribing MD :)
