Mouth rinsing: it's great that you are trying so hard to keep your teeth clean. i prefer a mouthrinse without alcohol, but is it's once a day and you are using a fluoride rinse at night, it should work out well

Morning. I have been struggling with irritated gums for a while now. I consulted the dentist twice. I use elgidiun toothpaste and fluoride mouth wash 4 to 5 times a day and the problem just persists. It gets so bad I develop headaches from it.
Is using toothpaste and mouthwash, with fluoride in both, daily, really that bad for you?
My son 4jrs old by accident swallowed his mouthwash. He is use to using it but swallowed by accident tonight. The one for children.It does contain sodium fluoride . But he had about 10ml in his mouth perhaps even less.
