Bite instability: if your "bite" is always changing, sometimes, the position of the teeth and the way that the jaw muscles move the jaws is not coincident. assuming that your teeth are not moving because of gum/bone disease, stabilizing your bite with an occlusal guard and then adjusting the teeth so that they interact harmoniously may help
