I have psoriasis inside my ear so i use harder qtips to itch inside , when in press hard i feel popping and hear cracking, what is this?

Hard to say...: Can't say without looking into your ear, but you should NOT use Q-tips in your ears & NEVER press hard. Q-tips will surely irritate the plaques & make them worse, not to mention added risk of skin damage, impaction, infection. You should see your doc, since 1) cracking/popping noises should be investigated, 2) ear psoriasis deserves special attention due to paucity of effective drugstore remedies.
