Not good: vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is much stronger and a 70mg dose is a maximum for that medication. 10mg of ritalin is miniscule and one would have to wonder why combine it with the vyvanase at that maximum dose. The higher the dose the more of chance for side effects e.g. irritability and lack of appetite. So do be careful on not surpassing the maximum dose per day.
