Oh,my. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) &: Methylphenidate products are not intended to produce euphoria. Please call your psychiatrist ASAP if you are experiencing a sense that you can hang the moon & set the stars, because it may have triggered an episode of hypomania when added to your Prozac (fluoxetine).I don't know your family history or whether your depression. started before puberty, but some mood disorders reveal themselves at your age.

MEDICATION: Best to discuss medication with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions.
