R u a man or mouse?: Sorry, I couldn't resist. Truth is that interpreting testosterone result depends upon age, gender & even time of day. We also need to know reference range including units (ng/dL vs nmol/L) which varies w/lab. So it's really impossible to answer your question w/so many variables to consider. Finally, we treat patients, not just numbers. Just b/c T=2.65 doesn't require TRT if asymptomatic.
