What do you suggest if my friend used to sneeze so loudly and sounded like a horse and now she sounds like a cute little girl does anyone know how i can alter my sneeze?

It's Functional: I understand that sneezing might be embarrassing in mixed company. But here is the thing... a sneeze serves an important function. It exists to clear your airway of something which should NOT be there. This could be a bit of dust, or some mucous from a cold, or even an allergic etiology. My personal preference for you would not be to alter it! Sneeze when you need to!
