Mono test : You number is just the number of antibodies detected on the mono test. All that it means is that you are positive. What is the IgM level? This is the one that matters. I presume the level you gave me was the IgM level. This level will drop when you start making the IgG antibodies and it will no longer be an acute infection. Do not participate in contact sports for a few weeks. Good luck!
