Not 1st choice: ...or even second,etc. If you mean Biperiden, it's used in Parkinson's. and not in ADHD to my knowledge. The standard for ADHD medication is the stimulant drugs...Adderall, Ritalin, and their long acting variants. There is a long history of research and clinical supporting this. If not tolerated, Wellbutrin (bupropion) is a second choice with some research behind itMedication

Not a first line: Biperidine is not a first line drug for ADHD. Like many other meds used for disorders like parkinsonism, it may have some benefit, but is far from the top of the list for treating ADHD. Consider a second opinion with a neruologist or psychiatrist with experience in treating ADHD.
