A member asked:

I wanted to know is bell's palsy facial nerve disorder dangerous?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually not: 90% return to full function, 10% have some residual palsy of the face. If it is persistent, I highly recommend an MRI as sometimes this can actually be due to a tumor. I've seen this many times in my practice. Best of luck.
