Yes: I am a big time proponent of the drug antabuse, (disulfiram) which usually results in the person becoming extremely physically ill if he or she drinks while taking it. The person needs to understand that he or she will become very sick if they drink. Often this helps the person and they are able to refrain from alcohol.

Antabuse (disulfiram): My preference is Campral which I have used with success. Discuss with your doctor.
