No: playing good classical music is known to help brain function. Exam performance does improve. The brain is tied to the immune system so that good brain function does help immune reactivity targeting a tumor. Similarly stress lowers immunity by pouring out steroids. While good immune function helps it has not been shown that with music, tumors will shrink.
