What types of tumors do laser treatments work on?

Laser is a tool: Lasers can be used for almost anything, but especially for marketing. Don't fall for snake oil salesmen! seek an expert surgeon or oncologist in your area of concern; they will know what options exist, laser or other. Ask if laser is an option, and if it is, who they would recommend. Laser photodynamic therapy is useful in some cases.

Laser for growths: Laser is not just a marketing tool. Depending on the type of lesion laser can be better than the knife! it can - in the appropriate case remove a growth with no scar. For example a vascular tumor like a hemangioma is better treated with laser than with a knife. For moles that are potentially suspicious it is better to use a knife so that we get histology - so we know if it is cancerous or not.
