Cancers &: Tumors each grow locally, causing pressure and symptoms, but cancers have cellular abnormalities under the microscope and pathology, but clinically tend to travel (metastasis) to other organs.

Uncontrolled tumor: Tumors that for some uncclear reasons- have lost their control mechanism within the cells- thus grow more rapidly and have the capacity to invade the adjacent organs and spread beyond the primary organs- are cancerous.
