Yes: If you get all the protein, sugar and Fat in thru an IV, it is for the most part predigested and doesnt require enzymes from the pancrease (pancrelipase) to digest it. It might require insulin to bring some of the sugar into muscles. The insulin can be given in the bad of nutrition or as a shot, so you can manage without the pancreas.
