Not all...: ..."passing out" episodes are seizures. Too often I've seen patient who fainted, then shook all over (common in fainting) and were diagnosed with seizures. Make sure it wasn't what is called "convulsive syncope." A good internal medicine doc or a neurologist should be able to help sort it out.
