Little sister throws up almost every night right after falling asleep. she doesn't eat much during the day too. could this be seizures or anything?

Reflux?: It could be reflux. Is she eating late? Is there cough preceding the throw up? Try making her eat early and elevate her head and see if it continues. If so get her checked out.
