Maybe nothing wrong: Its normal not to be able to move legs with an epidural in place. Also epidurals can be patchy. Sometimes there are areas where you still can have fairly severe pain during labor even with an epidural. Oxygen is sometimes used if you or baby is getting tired. The best thing to do is ask your Ob what is happening. Best wishes!
