BMI: Congratulation for the 30-40 lb weight loss. Now you can continue to loose weight at a slower rate by diet and exercise. If you can afford it see a trainer in your vicinity. You mighty also get good information if you go on-line to "NuVal". This program gives you a very good idea of what is good and not good to eat.

Keep going.: As far as the BMI goes, your height would dictate a lower weight - no higher than 145 to be considered "normal" by BMI standards, which do not take body composition into account. If you feel good and have energy, keep going.
