Help docs, is hydroxyzine a good sleep aid?

It can help: Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine, and is often prescribed as a sleep aid. It is a bit like diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and makes people drowsy, and often a bit groggy in the morning. It seems to make people less anxious as well.
