Issues: 1. adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can be an appetite suppressant so you'd really need to manage your diet well. lower appetite will increase risk of hypoglycemia 2. might not be a great choice if you have any underlying heart problems. sudden cardiac death has been reported in type 1 diabetic on adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).
