Shoulder pain: Pain in the shoulder can be from several causes. Most serious would be radiation to the left arm/hand/jaw from cardiac origin. Please watch for sweating, chest pain, irregular heart beats, high BP, shortness of breath etc. Also ask him what causes the pain and the character of pain. That information would help the doctors advice you better.
