Dosing of Prozac (fluoxetine): Sure...two 20mg tabs equal one 40mg, tho' it would be more expensive this way. As far as effect, it's very individually variable. Low doses often do it for mild depression, but folks with idepression and/or anxiety with marked OCD symptoms often requre higher doses.
