Sore: Generally sores are on the mucosa of lining of your lips mouth and throat while acne is on the skin of your face.

I may have a cold sore, But if I do they are reacting amazingly to my Acne cream. They dont hurt at all and i have no scabbing or blistering ?
All day was great till at around 9 pm I go to the bathroom look in the mirror & I have a tiny red dot on my upper lip. It's not acne or cold sore. ?
