What do you suggest if my shaking and i have no idea why i shake so much. nerves?

Many causes: You could have essential familial tremor, but shaking occurs with Parkinson's disease, adverse events from medications and drugs, and also secondary to consumption of caffeine. Have your doctor evaluate.
