Is it health risky to cut open the tip of a teat to allow as easier flow of milk for my baby. i can't find the right teat?

Proper flow rate: When you invert the bottle you should see a drip, drip, drip of the milk in a spaced but regular fashion. Enlarging the hole with a needle is needed if there is no drips to gravity.If the flow is a constant stream, the flow is too fast and may cause choking in the baby & breathing problems.
