A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Ronald Holzman answered

Specializes in Mammography, Breast Ultrasound

Everything!: Radiologic technologists are trained how to take X-rays, as well as the physics behind X-ray production, and the process of film development. You will learn positioning for taking X-rays of different body parts, as well as for procedures such as GI series, barium enemas, mammography, and special procedures. Extra training may be necessary for certain exams, and for CT or MRI or breast biopsies.
