What happens if a woman is having twins, can one fetus eat the other?

No: Fetuses dont have teeth and wont be able to chew the other baby to swallow them. They play around with each other but no real cannibalism. However, if you had a miscarriage in the early 1st trimester, your body can absorb the twin and it wont be present at the time of delivery.
