Unlikely: chronic means for a long time. It probably would take multiple episodes of smoking ganja in order to develop chronic bronchitis. You might get acute bronchitis, which is a sudden development of bronchitis, that could be caused by irritation to your bronchi from the ingredients in the smoke. This should however resolve if you dont continue to smoke.
