Communicate: I'm sure it was inadvertent. Please let your Orthodontist know about your experience. Let the Orthodontist make sure everything is OK. Know also that some Orthodontic procedures can be uncomfortable, no matter who does them.

Can orthodontists help with receding gums?
If your braces gets broken, can you wait a week to repair it at your orthodontist? I use gums, so would it make a different if it's broken?
Whenever i try to eat my braces digs into my gums and sometimes makes my gums bleed a little, is this normal or should I contact the orthodontist?
