What to do if i am starting to develop a chest infection, just tonight i can feel my throat getting sore! plz help, any advice on how to stop it in its tracks?

Chest: Great question. Drink lots of water and consider taking a mucolytic like Mucinex (guaifenesin) ( dont take the D or DM just the plain) to keep the phlegm thin. If the cough gets worse you should see your doctor to listen to your chest to see if you have bronchitis.
