Is there such thing as innocent causes for high liver enzymes (alt)?

ALT: ALT=alanine aminotransferase, previously known as SGPT is used as a marker of liver damage, but is present in low amounts in normal individuals. Sources other than liver also exist. Elevations above the normal range are found in some "innocent" cases depending on population studied, drugs that may be in use, etc. Occasionally, exercise can transiently increase levels, for example.

34M. High AM cortisol (777 nmol/L), UFC (55mcg/day). Low TT (~160 ng/dL) and low SHBG (~10 nmol/L). I also have elevated liver enzymes (ALT 74 and GGT 122) suggesting fatty liver (TG 2.55 mg/dL). Could these all be related? Likely causes?
Can doxycycline 200mg increase liver enzymes or cause them to be high(ast&alt) or is it unlikely?
