my breast hurt they feel like they are burning what is wrong?

Hormones: Breast pain on both sides, which may feel like burning, is usually due to high hormone levels. This often happens before periods and may be exacerbated during perimenopause, pregnancy, or due to increased caffeine, birth control pills, or other hormone treatments. Breast cancer rarely causes breast pain, but if pain persists more than 2 weeks, you should see your doctor.
