What do you suggest if my low testosterone (280ng/dl) and testicular pain?

Dr. Alvin Lin answered

Go see your doctor: Theoretically, most labs use 250ng/dL as the lower limit of normal such that 280ng/dL result is "normal". However, some of us feel that "low normal" is worth treating assuming one has symptoms. Testicular pain, OTOH, is totally different and needs to be evaluated by your doc, separate from hypogonadism. Infections, trauma, torsion & even cancer (in those under 40yo) are possible diagnoses
