?: if you are prescribed the vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) what is the problem? if you are going to the ER for a reason that they might drug test for then it will show up. if you go to the ER for something it is important that they know what medications you are taking. they should provide confidential care unless you are a threat to yourself or others.

Why go to the ER?: If you have time to write a question on the intent you are not having a life threatening emergency and thus do not need to go to the ER. Please go see your family physician. Most of us in medicine have urgent appointments available for urgent problems. No medical visit adds 'drug testing' to the visit unless there is a specific reason. No one is drug screened without their knowledge.
